“Do not be so rigid with a schedule that you forget to look around and enjoy your vacation”: can memories take it on the cost of Disney holidays?
Let’s face the facts: Disney holidays are expensive, can be difficult to plan and are filled with variables you need to take into account. But what happens if I told you that the money and the time you devote to your next trip to one of the themed park stations, a Disney cruise, or even Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii will all worth the additional effort after seeing your children kiss their favorite character for the first time, or by looking at the Family Evening Fireworks.
I have been taking a Disney vacation with my family for as long as I remember. In fact, after almost 30 years of visit to Walt Disney World, there are still things that I have never done before. This opens the door to come back again and again. Like many people who visit Disney themed parks in the world, I constantly find myself in admiration in front of the narration and the worlds in which I can play for a few hours. But like many people, my credit card declaration at the end of a trip is a little higher than expected. Usually, because I said yes too many times to another cycle of mickey -shaped ice cream sandwiches.
At the end of a trip, you may wonder: “Do the memories we make during Disney vacation are worth the cost of a trip?”
Memories don’t cost anything more during Disney vacation

“People find themselves in the amount of money [Disney] is, but the perceived value of what you get at Disney is really, really invaluable. When you go down Main Street, USA, there is no better feeling that you can have, especially when you can see it in your children’s eyes, “explains Wes H., a Panelist from Plansney from Texas who specializes in Walt Disney World holidays.” I think that’s where Disney does it well, because even if it costs money to go, what they do and what they can really provide. Distribution members at each flower in its place, they really make it the best absolute place to visit. »»

When you enter any Disney theme park, your ticket includes a multitude of inclusions. Think of everything, from rides and entertainment to characters meetings and more. For me, characters’ meetings are always a highlight of a Disney trip. Some of my favorite memories of past trips are to meet Mickey Mouse or rare characters like Megara Hercules.
During a recent trip to Walt Disney World, I was lining up to see Mickey. I brought an old photo of when I was a child with me. I wanted to recreate this image with the main mouse. Well, it was finally my turn, and I showed Mickey the old printed photo of the mid -90s. What happened next is something that I will never forget. Mickey signaled to me that I had grown up. I told him that even if I was older now, he would still be my boyfriend. Then Mickey and I took a ton of photos together. I left by thinking it was one of the best characters’ interactions that I had had for a very long time.
Since I have been going to Disney Parks, Mickey has always been a boyfriend for me and many other children. And as an adult, it always sounds. After all, Walt Disney said one day: “Adults are only children who grew up, anyway.”
Then there is the time that I met Megara. It was back in the late 90s when Disney Hollywood studios were still Disney-MGM studios and presented a Hercules Parade to promote the new animated film of the same name. Well, after the parade, my family and I found a shaded place to sit and cool off, and behind the scenes came Megara. She sat with me and spoke easily for five minutes without any other family. To date, every time I head for Hollywood Studios, I think at this magical moment that has cost nothing more, but continues to consolidate my choice of vacation to Walt Disney World.
A tip for getting your perceived value of the Disney Holidays

Wes told Familyvacationist that it is possible to get your perceived Disney vacation value, and how to do so is to plan. “You cannot show up in Disney and expect everything to fall at your feet. I really think you should plan.”

One way to make sure everyone gets what they want during Disney vacation is to plan your trip together. Think of what you want to do, where to stay and what you want to eat. Try to plan special offers that Disney is currently promoting customers. See current offers on Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise with these links.
Also learn to use the applications that match your Disney vacation. For Walt Disney World, it means learning the My Disney Experience application; Disneyland has its own application; And Disney Cruise Line has the Disney Cruise Line Navigator application. One of my favorite tips for Walt Disney World and Disneyland is the mobile command via the application. This saves you time by ordering from your phone, then fixing a pickup time to take your meal.
High service that makes customers feel welcome and seen

In themed parks, Disney Resort hotels and on Disney Cruise Line ships, actors make magic every day. “They will go bankrupt to put a smile on your face and say yes. They want to be yes people, ”explains Wes.
According to Disney, 90% of the letters and guest communications concern members of the distribution. It is generally always someone who did everything possible to help a guest in need. (Pro-tip: You can send a compliment concerning an actor via Walt Disney World and Disneyland applications. Find it under casting compliments.)

The actors are really the special sauce for everything Disney does. Parks and appeal to cruise ships and guided tours. They want to make sure that the guests have a good time and establish personal links with each person who crosses the doors of a park. They care about little things, such as questions about goods, with great things like fireworks that occur every night.
The value is available on Disney vacation

You can plan Disney holidays for months, but the perceived value of a trip is often in spontaneous moments. As an annual holder of Walt Disney World annual passes, I find that the things I remember most are the spontaneous moments. There are times when I stopped to take advantage of the sting clots performing on Main Street, USA, in Disneyland Park, or made a sign in Oli Mel from my lunch table in Aulani, or I played a shuffleboard with sick and left the moments of Disney Cruise, all because I was in the right place.

Although obtaining your reservations to eat at 60 days is important, and reserving lightning tracks when it is your turn is a must, do not be so rigid with a schedule that you forget to look around and enjoy your vacation. Take a moment to sit on a bench and look at people, have this second ice cream horn or look at your child’s eyes light up when they discover that they are finally big enough for an attraction they have been waiting for years. These moments add up. If you do not let excessive planning slip into your Disney agenda, you will be surprised at the number of memories you will do and the value of your Disney vacation soar.
