Walt Disney World Vacation Packages 2027 Available Now: What’s New and Back
If you’re like me, then you’re the Type A Walt Disney World vacation planner who has at least five trips in the works at any given time. If so, you’ll be happy to know Disney World just released vacation packages for most of 2027, available to book now.
If I’m honest, I have trips planned through 2030 in mind. But alas, we can only book up to that point when it comes to Disney World vacations. The furthest you can typically book a vacation is about 18 to 20 months in advance.depending on when Disney releases the following year’s packages. Mid-April is early for Disney to release next year’s packages, but this follows a recent trend of packages releasing earlier than in the past (it used to be in early summer).
Walt Disney World Vacation Packages 2027 Available Now
It’s time to start booking if you want to get a first look at your desired Walt Disney World stay and vacation dates in 2027. As of this morning, park tickets, room-only reservations, and vacation packages (room and tickets) became available. At that time, you can book until October 31, 2027. November and December dates will be available later this year.
Should you call Disney World and book now? Well, you certainly can, but for the vast majority of customers, there’s no need to rush into booking a trip. Whoever gets up early gets the worm, or in this case, the exact room type and dates they want. However, stocks should be readily available for at least the next two months, including peak seasons.
Remember, you don’t need to wait for discounts to be announced to book a trip. If you book a holiday and a discount for your dates and room type is later announced, youYou can retroactively apply the discount to your reservation.

Major Changes Coming to Disney Dining Plan in 2027
A popular Walt Disney World vacation package add-on is the Disney Dining Plan. This meal plan gives an all-inclusive feel to your trip where you prepay a set number of Dining Credits that can be redeemed at most park, resort and Disney Springs restaurants.
2027 will bring significant changes to the Disney Dining Plan. The Deluxe Disney Dining Plan returns for the first time since the pre-2020 era. If your vacation is ultra-food-centric, this meal plan might be the right choice for your family. In 2027, the Luxury Dining Plan will include the following Dining Credits (per person):
- Two (2) Table Service Dining Credits per night of stay
- One (1) Quick Service Dining Credit per night of stay
- One (1) snack credit per night of stay
- One (1) refillable resort mug
This is a change from the pre-pandemic luxury dining plan, which gave each guest on the reservation three dining credits that can be used at any dining location, whether table service or quick service. Additionally, guests on the Deluxe Dining Plan receive one snack credit each day, which is less than the amount of two snack credits per day on the previous Deluxe Dining Plan.
The Table Service Dining Plan (formerly known as the Disney Dining Plan) and the Quick Service Dining Plan will also be available for reservation in 2027. Note that the Deluxe Dining Plan will not be available until 2027. If you have a 2026 vacation coming up and are considering adding the Dining Plan, you can add the Quick Service or Standard Dining Plan.

What’s new and returning to Disney World in 2027?
In addition to the upcoming changes to the Disney dining plan, we learned a little more about what other vacation package incentives will return in 2027. When you book a Walt Disney World vacation package, you get more than just a room and park tickets. Booking onsite comes with a range of benefits, many of which will return in 2027, including:
- Early entry to the theme park for each of the four theme parks 30 minutes before the posted opening time
- Extended evening hours on select nights for guests staying at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts
- Early Access to Lightning Lane Reservations (7 days before arrival versus 3) and restaurant reservations (60 days plus the duration of your trip versus 60 days before the date of each park visit)
- Free transportation which includes buses, monorail, Skyliner and boats
No word yet on some vacation package incentives we’ve seen in recent years, including whether or not free entry to the water park will be included in 2027.
Headlining theme park expansion at Walt Disney World in 2027 is the Tropical Americas arrive in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This brand new land will feature attractions including an Indiana Jones ride and an Encanto ride. There’s no word yet on when this land will open in 2027, but I would expect an update by the end of summer around the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event (which will take place in mid-August in Anaheim).

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google.
