Do you want to stay at the New Villatel Orlando Resort? Here’s what you need to know
Millions of families visit Orlando each year, making visits once alive or return trips to the capital of the theme park. For large families who want amenities to a hotel or a complex with the space to spread with a rental house, Villel Orlando Resort offers a best -time stay of the two.
I recently had the chance to visit Villatel Orlando Resort with my teenage husband and daughter when opening her pleasure center. We have stayed in dozens of Hotels from Orlando over the years in standard guest rooms and family suites, and we really enjoyed the ability we had time together with family, but also enjoy a little time alone in our six -bedroom villa (!).
And although we have not visited the Disney or Universal themed parks during this trip, we know of our many days of park over the years that the station would be an excellent home port for a big family or group trip. Spacious accommodation and fun equipment make him attractive to come back after a long day of roller coating, and it is also an ideal place to spend an unproacked day during a vacation in Orlando.

What is Villatel Orlando Resort?
This new 80 -acres complex opened its first phase in November 2023, then widened its accommodation offers throughout 2024. The opening of March 2025 of its approval center is one of the last elements of the property which seems to have already been adopted by families.
Villatel Orlando Resort is located right next to the International Drive, a large tourist band in the region lined with hotels, restaurants and attractions. The property is a few minutes from the new universal epic universe and the rest of the Orlando Resort Universal and about 20 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and Seaworld Orlando.
Where you are staying at the Villatel Orlando Resort
There are two ways to stay at the Villatel Orlando Resort. Families can opt for one of the 270 villas in the complex, which have four to nine bedrooms and can sleep up to 26 people. The little ones are attached in style to town, while the older ones are two -story autonomous houses. We stayed in “The Sensality”, which had six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a private swimming pool and a spa.
Elegant villas all have living spaces and catering in open areas that connect to complete kitchens, private spa swimming pools (with safety fences to prevent small ones from walking), and games and / or home entertainment options (remember to put green vegetables, classic and contemporary video games and card tables). There is a lot of room for the family to meet for meals or films, but a lot of separation to welcome nap schedules or hours of bed earlier for younger children (or grandparents).
Each villa also includes one or two themed rooms whose children will be crazy. Ours had four bunk beds made in a theme under the sea with a scale and a winding slide to get up and down from the upper berths. The other themes include princesses, superheroes and video game characters.
For small families, the property is also home to Marriott Bonvoy Resort apartments. Villatel Orlando Resort is the first complex in the United States to offer apartments from Marriott Bonvoy. The two and three bedroom units offer full kitchens and private balconies with a view of the station, and many also include arcade games and themed rooms. In addition, you can accumulate and exchange Marriott Bonvoy points here. There are currently 96 apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Open at Villatel Orlando Resort, with 160 units still under construction.
Prize, policies and accommodation requests
The rates for villas start at $ 228 per night; The prices for apartments in Marriott Bonvoy Resort units start at $ 310 per night. Customers can request specific characteristics, equipment or themed rooms when booking, but additional costs may apply. Complementary highly high packs and games and chairs can be reserved in advance.
You are authorized for two reservation vehicles, one of which can be parked in a numbered space near you and the other can be parked in one of the many overflow prizes throughout the property. Additional parking can be requested but not guaranteed, and parking policies could change in the future.
Where you will eat at Villatel Orlando Resort
There is currently a restoration option at the complex, bar and Aqua grille. The place by the pool serves family dishes such as burgers and chicken offers as well as drinks for adults and children. Please note that it is currently open until 6 p.m., so this is not an option for dinner unless you eat on the early side. The complex plans to extend the hours at a given time, but there is not yet a confirmed date.
You can provide your own grocery products or use a delivery service as Instacart to store your refrigerator. And there are a lot of fast food and chain restaurants just outside the doors of the station if you have a car.
A market with take-out food options should open in mid-May 2025. And you can often find “pop-up” catering trucks by the pool.
Where you will play the Villatel Orlando Resort
The New Amenity Center swimming pool is definitely speaking with the many seaside resorts of Orlando. There are four slides, including a speed slide and two racing slides with a clock to see who is the fastest. Little children can have a Splash Cove ball, which has slides that are only their size and spray of water everywhere, while the lazy lazy river and the large -scale swimming pool are ideal for relaxing under the sun. And parents, note: there are life jackets available for children and rescuers in service throughout the pool.
The pleasure center also includes a shaded playground, basketball and pickleball fields, and a suite of golf swing for even more family fun. And adults can stick to their training program at the fitness center on site.
Visit the themed parks while staying at the Villatel Orlando Resort
The complex offers a free shuttle service to and from Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort. Reservations are necessary and you can book up to 48 hours in advance.
There are two collection locations at the complex, with two departures for Disney World each morning and two shuttles back in the evening; And two hours of departure in the morning for Universal and a return shuttle in the evening. The seats for each time slot are limited.

Would I go back here? Most certainly. After staying in small hotel rooms for many Orlando theme trips and watching my daughter’s business start to spread throughout the room as you get older, it is definitely attractive to have space to rest and relax and a door of your room that can be closed so that I don’t have to look at your clothes strewn everywhere. And several bathrooms are always appreciated when you rush to go to the theme parks in the morning or a shower after a long hot day on the go.
And if you are traveling in a multigenerational family group or with a bunch of friends, the villas would give you this combination of conviviality and separation that makes group trips more well. And they would probably facilitate grandparents to make a little baby-sitting so that parents can hurry a little for themselves.
