Disney fans, get ready: the biggest fan gathering is coming up in just a few months! D23: The ultimate event for Disney fans returns to Anaheim, California this summer, and tickets will go on sale very soon.
D23: The ultimate event for Disney fans celebrates the past, present and future of The Walt Disney Company and that’s where the biggest announcements of the year and updates take place. Basically, if you care about Disney news as much as I do, this is the time of year you have circled on your calendar. Disney announced some exciting news today about what fans can expect from this year’s three-day expo, so let’s dive right in and catch up on what was shared.
When is D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in 2026?
The biennial Disney Fan Event returns in 2026 to Anaheim Convention Center as well as the Honda Centeralso in Anaheim. The 3-day exhibition will take place on August 14, 15 and 16. The Anaheim Convention Center Exhibition Hall will be open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., offer immersive experiences, panels and presentations, and exclusive purchases.
The Anaheim Convention Center will host the exhibit and panel discussions throughout the three-day event. The Honda Center is where major highlight events, such as the Disney Experiences Showcase and the Disney Legends Ceremony, will take place.

When do tickets for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event go on sale?
Prior to the exhibition, D23 members can purchase tickets to show access to the Anaheim Convention Center floor, events at the Honda Center, or both. Here are the dates when tickets for D23 go on sale:
- March 31 at 10:00 a.m. PST: D23 Gold Founding Members (those who have a D23 Gold Individual Membership or a D23 Gold Duo Plan as a primary, continuing member of the program beginning before December 31, 2009.
- April 2 at 10:00 a.m. PST: D23 Gold members with Essential, Choice and Complete plans
- April 2 at 12:00 PST: D23 Gold members benefit from a free plan thanks to Disney+ benefits
The vast majority of those looking to purchase tickets for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event can do so at April 2.

How much do tickets cost for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event?
With on-sale dates, Disney shared prices for different ticket options available at this year’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
Like last time in 2024, D23 members can purchase the D23 Fan Pass which only provides access to the Anaheim Convention Center, or they can purchase the Ultimate Fan Pass D23which includes the Anaheim Convention Center and that day’s Honda Center event. One-day and three-day passes are available.
- D23 Fan Pass (Anaheim Convention Center only) is available for $49 for a NEW Afternoon Only pass (entry from 4:00 p.m.), $99 for a day, or $297 for a 3-day pass.
- Ultimate Fan Pass D23 (Anaheim Convention Center + Honda Center access for seat levels 200-400) starts at $99 for 1 day or $297 for 3 days. That rises to $319 and $957, respectively, depending on your Honda Center seating section.
- D23 Ultimate Fan Favorite Pass includes three-day access to the Anaheim Convention Center, access to the Honda Center with ground level seatsand the opportunity for the Random Selection Process (RSP) to select limited edition pins. This passage starts at $1,299 and goes up to $2,599, depending on your Honda Center seating section.

Honda Center event times are as follows:
- August 14 – 7:00 p.m.: Disney Entertainment Showcase
- August 15 – 7:00 p.m.: Disney Experience Showcase
- August 16 – 1:30 p.m.: Disney Legends Awards Ceremony
At the time of purchase, each D23 Gold member can purchase tickets for themselves and up to five guests, totaling six tickets. Guests of D23 Gold members do not need to be D23 Gold members themselves to attend.
